House rules & policies

These rules are part of your reservation. Booking Space Cowboy Cabin means you agree to them on behalf of everyone in your group. Your total price, cancellation policy and any rental agreement are shown in the booking engine before you pay.

Stay basics

• Check-in: 4:00 PM Central · Check-out: 10:00 AM Central. No early check-in or late check-out.
• Maximum occupancy: 12 registered guests. No parties, events or unregistered visitors.
• Pets: up to 2 dogs, added to the reservation in advance. Keep dogs off furniture.
• Smoking: no smoking or vaping inside the cabin or dome. Outdoor smoking at the fire pit area only.

Pricing, fees & taxes

• The price in our booking engine is your total price for the stay, including the cleaning fee and any pet fee.
• Applicable Oklahoma state, county and local sales and lodging taxes are itemized before you pay.
• Additional charges may apply only for rule violations listed below.

Damage & excess-cleaning charges

• Moving furniture: a $300 fee applies if furniture must be moved back or floors are damaged.
• Excessive cleaning: unbagged trash, untreated spills, piles of unwashed dishes, evidence of smoking or unregistered pet mess incur an additional fee starting at $150, billed at cost.

Safety

• Hot tub & sauna: keep covers on when not in use, don't adjust the control panels, no glass in or around the hot tub. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Use at your own risk; people who are pregnant or have medical conditions should consult a doctor before use.
• Kids' areas: the ninja course, playset, bunks and loft are used at your own risk. Please supervise children.
• Stairs: all sleeping spaces are reached by spiral staircase.
• Fire pit: flames in the fire pit only, never unattended, fully extinguished before bed. Respect county burn bans.
• ATVs: ride from the property on MVUM-designated forest routes only. Helmets required under 18. No riding on county or paved roads, lawns or landscaped areas. Follow Oklahoma OHV laws. Riding is at your own risk.

Property notes

• Security cameras: two exterior cameras (front door and driveway), recording for security only. No interior cameras. Tampering with or disabling them is grounds for cancellation.
• Septic system: toilet paper only — no wipes, paper towels or feminine products. No grease or food scraps down the sink.
• Locked areas: two closets and the loft attic are owner storage and stay locked.
• The dome has full AC and heat, but as a luxury tent structure it may not hold temperature exactly like the main cabin on extreme-weather days.
• Wildlife & bugs: the property is in the woods and professionally pest-treated; the occasional insect or critter is normal.
• Cell service is spotty; Starlink Wi-Fi is provided.
