This policy explains how Space Cowboy Cabin, managed by Yellowwood Properties ("we", "us"), handles information when you visit spacecowboycabin.com or book a stay.
What we collect
- Booking information you enter in our booking engine — name, email, phone, guest count, pets, dates and payment details. Bookings are processed by our property-management and booking provider, Hospitable, and their payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Messages you send us about your stay.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider (Netlify) in server logs for security and performance.
Cookies
This website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The embedded booking widget (Hospitable) and Google Fonts may set or read cookies or similar technologies needed to run the booking engine and deliver fonts. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where required.
How we use information
- To process and manage your reservation, send check-in details and communicate with you.
- To comply with legal obligations, including tax collection and remittance.
- To protect the property and our guests.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (booking and payment processing, cleaning and maintenance coordination, hosting) and when required by law.
Retention
We keep reservation records as long as needed for the stay and for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
Your choices

Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and bookings must be made by an adult.
